Remember :
if we can prevent it - we don’t have to fix it !

45% of Australia’s 440,000 active 🌼 Dementia cases may
be preventable. This represents a significant opportunity to help
many individuals slow, delay, or prevent dementia altogether.
So don’t wait - like we did 🙏
I lost my dear wife Katrina 💔 to 🌼 Dementia and too early
because we started too late - Yes, we started when the Dementia
showed up - and that was far too late for Katrina
I am so sorry to say it - But we should have known better !

I made a promise to Katrina to help change our approach to aging
so that we do not continue to lose our loved ones early, as we did.
Interspace Wellness provides a lifestyle design services aimed at
improving health before aging problems arise.
However, we can only do so much.

What we truly need is for prevention to be integrated into our
health system and lifestyle. To achieve this, we need collective
support from healthcare professionals and government
representatives to advocate for the inclusion of prevention as a
fundamental aspect of our health system. Good health should be
a right for everyone, from young to old.
